These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by BlazeX Tech (“we”, “us”, “our”) to clients (“you”, “client”). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Services

BlazeX Tech provides the following services:

• Web Development (WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify)
• Digital Marketing and Meta Ads Management
• Ecommerce Store Setup and Management
• n8n Automation Workflows
• AI Creative Content (product photography, ad creatives)

The exact scope of work is agreed upon before any project begins and documented in a project brief or proposal.

2. Payment Terms

• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required before any work begins. Work will not start until the deposit is received.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before the final deliverable is handed over or website goes live.
• Package Services: Monthly retainer packages are billed at the start of each month.
• Accepted Payment Methods: EasyPaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer (PKR), or Stripe (USD for international clients).

3. Refund Policy

• The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
• If BlazeX Tech fails to deliver the agreed scope of work, a partial or full refund may be considered at our discretion.
• No refunds are issued for completed and delivered work.
• Monthly retainer payments are non-refundable once the billing cycle has started.

4. Project Delivery

• Estimated timelines are provided in the project proposal and are dependent on timely feedback and content from the client.
• Delays caused by the client (late content, delayed feedback, unresponsiveness) will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
• Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project delivery, the client agrees to:

• Provide all required content (text, images, logos, brand guidelines) within 5 business days of project start
• Respond to questions and review requests within 3 business days
• Provide necessary access (hosting, domain, social media accounts) when required
• Provide honest and clear feedback during revision stages

6. Revisions

• Each project includes up to 3 rounds of revisions within the agreed scope.
• Revisions beyond this, or changes outside the agreed scope, will be quoted separately.
• Revision requests must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email.

7. Intellectual Property

• Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all final deliverables (website, designs, content).
• BlazeX Tech retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
• Any third-party assets (stock images, plugins, themes) remain subject to their own licensing terms.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, business data, and project details as strictly confidential. We will not share your information with any third party without your written consent, except where required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

BlazeX Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

10. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with 7 days written notice.
• If the client terminates the project after work has begun, the deposit is forfeited and any completed work up to that point must be paid for.
• BlazeX Tech reserves the right to terminate services if the client behaves in an abusive, unethical, or fraudulent manner.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Multan, Pakistan.
